4 year seedlings, 12 to 24 inches tall, sold in sets of 2. PA Native deciduous shrub. Mature height 3 to 8 feet. Spread 3 to 6 feet. Single white flowers in late May attract pollinators. Purplish-black berries in fall bring in the birds. Attractive wine-red fall leaf color. Good for naturalizing, a fast growing screen. Very adaptable species; will grow on dry sandy hillsides and in boggy soils. Best in full sun but will tolerate part shade.
